The Chosen – Discussion Group

We watch part of an episode of “The Chosen,” in order. We recently started back at the beginning with Season 1, Episode 1 at the beginning of January 2026. This is a great time to join. We talk about how the episodes reveal the nature of Christ as a loving and graceful God who lifts us up and encourages us to walk closer to him.

The Midweek Encounter

This group is meant to provide a safe, sacred place to participate in spiritual formation practices. Meetings usually involve a brief overview of that day’s practice, then we turn off our cameras and microphones, spend some time in mediation and prayer, and then come back and share whatever we feel comfortable sharing about the experience.

International Prayer Gathering

This group spends time praying for each other, friends and family from around the world, and current events. We then either talks about a spiritual formation practice or watch a spiritual formation video message from John Ortberg, then discuss.

Sunday Abiding Prayer

The Abiding Prayer Group is a welcoming community of believers who gather to slow down, listen for God’s voice, and pray together in the Spirit. We cultivate a rhythm of prayer that is deeply rooted in Scripture and shaped by God’s living presence among us. Whether you are new to prayer or longing to go deeper, you are welcome.

Grandparents Prayer Group

The Grandparents Prayer Group is a warm and encouraging community of grandparents who gather to lift up our children and grandchildren in prayer. Together we seek God’s wisdom, protection, and salvation for the next generation, standing in faith and love on their behalf.
